A WORD FROM THE PASTOR.....
April 19, 2019
Praise the Lord Kingdom Hope Ministry:
This morning as I was walking into work there was a young soldier walking ahead of me. As I reflected on this moment, the Holy Spirit brought to my remembrance 35 years ago this month I left home as a young man of eighteen and became a sailor in the U.S. Navy. Now, as an older man of fifty-three and soon to be fifty-four what have I learned on my journey? What would my Psalms testimony be? David wrote in {Psalms 37:25} I have been young, and now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his descendants begging bread. My Psalms testimony {2019:4:16} God has always been by my side! Even when I thought I was all alone or believed I didn't know Him well enough. He was always there directing my path, ordering my steps, keeping me safe and yes allowing me to prosper along the way. To all who are in the graduation season and about to leave home maybe for the first time (my niece Samera) God has a wonderful plan for your life and will always be by your side along the way. Just be confident in who He is and who He has called you to be. God is always faithful, and you will soon discover for yourself just how faithful He is on your journey as you obey Him. To god be the Glory!
